Here is the text of selected Executive Orders that pertain to land and water resources, and therefore ecosystem activities. The source is the Civil Works Environmental Desk Reference prepared by the Institute for Water Resources, which is a "desk top reference on environmental statutes and environmental executive policy for Corps of Engineers Civil Works personnel."
