The ERED was developed with support provided by the following agencies: Headquarters,
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, through the Dredging Operations Technical
Support (DOTS) Program, Mr. Joseph R. Wilson (CECW-OD),
Technical Monitor; the New York and New England Districts of the Corps of Engineers;
and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Water. The database
was constructed under contract from the U.S. Engineer Research and Development
Center, Waterways Experiment Station, Environmental Laboratory to Battelle Marine
Science Laboratories. Data were compiled by Battelle Marine Science Laboratories,
Sequim, WA, URS Consultants, Seattle, WA; and MEC Analytical, Sequim, WA; the
query software was written by Battelle Ocean Sciences Laboratory, Duxbury, MA.
The database is maintained and administered by the Environmental Laboratory,
Engineer Research and Development Center, Waterways
Experiment Station.
