Other Remarks: Based on daily reports it appears that turtle observing did not begin until load #45 on 2/20/99 while whale observing began with the first load.
There were also 14 incidents not attributed as a dredge take; many parts of same turtles found within different loads (see reports below of 'Non-Take Incidents').
