Other Remarks: Water surface temperatures during the project ranged from 57.2°-64.4° C, and mid-depth temperatures ranged from 13°-15° C. Due to the uncertainty of water temperatures dropping below 12° C in the Gulf of Mexico, MVN now employs observers and screening year-round (except SWP).
