Maximum Water Concentration

 

Currently the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Drinking Water Standard for copper is a maximum contaminant level of 1.3 mg L-1 or 1,300 ppb (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency 1991).

 

No detoxification is required. Water can be discharged to potable water without detoxification.
